• Books & Digital Products: All book and e-book sales are final. Once delivered, digital products cannot be refunded.

• Apparel & Merchandise: Eligible items (hats, tops, charms) may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery if unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

• Defective/Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
